Hey guys! I wanted to share a quick and easy way I savored my Big Trip Out West on a budget plus how you can make those sweet vacation memories a part of your everyday decor!

Step 1: Buy any greeting card or postcard that reminds you of that special vacation.

Step 2: Cut the card to the appropriate size and stick it behind some glass from a picture frame.

Step 3: Hang or display.

Step 4: Sit back and enjoy your beautiful and inexpensive art work!

That’s it. So easy and fun. Go now and make a few framed works of art!

By the way, I bought greeting cards from a watercolor artist from Whitefish, Montana. If you’d like to get your own print or original water color check out Kim Shirley’s website for more info.

The white frames are from Target and cost about $5 a piece. The iron horse is from Antique Farm House. It’s turning out to be much more of a barn yard decor in my house! I guess I’ll need to figure out the best way to display these beauties. Until then…

I love doing this. I have a group of cards I framed about 20 years ago – thinking they would be temporary – and they’re still hanging and some of my favorites.

WOW, love that. It looks very expensive and love that you’ll enjoy great memories of your trip all the time. big hugs, Lisa
